Plan details, rates and features shown on this website, including the information and rate tables for the Engineers Canada insurance plans, are summaries. They may change without notice and may contain errors. The insurer's policy or certificate is what applies: if anything on this website differs from it, the policy or certificate governs.

All coverage is subject to underwriting and the insurer's approval.

4. Where we're licensed

Garrett Agencies Ltd. is licensed only in the provinces and territories listed on our Where we operate page. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell insurance in any province or territory where we aren't licensed.

5. Our contact form

Please don't use the contact form for urgent matters, as we may not see your message right away. For anything urgent, call us at 1-800-661-3300.

Please don't send health details or other sensitive personal information through the form. If we need that information, we'll ask for it when we talk with you.

6. Emails from us

We don't send a newsletter at the moment. If we offer email updates in future and you subscribe to them:

• We'll send them only with your consent, and every email will identify us and tell you how to reach us, as Canada's anti-spam legislation requires.
• You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email. We'll act on your request promptly, and within 10 business days.
• The content of our emails is for your personal use. Please don't redistribute it or use it commercially without our written permission.
• We'll handle your email address in line with our privacy policy.

7. Links to other websites

This website links to websites run by others, such as insurers, associations and government bodies. We don't control those websites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices. A link doesn't mean we endorse the website.
